With over 12 years of experience, Jennifer A. Barrett is Board Certified for Massage Therapy and Bodywork, by the prestigious National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork located in . Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
Jennifer is constantly improving her skills and abilities through ongoing, continuing education within her field.
She recently attended a training course in Qi-gong, which is a modality she plans to incorporate into her practice.
After dealing with the stress of a normal everyday job, Jennifer decided she needed to look into something different. She'd always had an interest in massage, and she felt it was a good fit for her personality and athletic ability. So in October 2002, she enrolled in the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada. Working in this challenging environment was for her,
a life changing experience.
Some of her favorite modalities are: Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Trigger Point and Sports Injury.
Her primary reason for studying massage therapy is to help people feel better. Whether they are suffering from stress of every-day life, or are in physical or emotional pain, her goal is to help them heal.
