The Yogini: A 500-Hour Yoga Teacher and Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist with The Himalayan Institute. Over nine years of experience teaching yoga classes and practicing for fifteen with extensive experiential knowledge of various styles.
The Artist: Attended three years majoring in Bachelors of Art at the University of Antioquia, Colombia. Attended different art classes at San Antonio Community College, Southwest School of Art & Craft, San Antonio (TX), Honolulu Museum of Art School and Univesity of Hawaii at Manoa (Plein air painting on location with Mark Brown) Oahu, Hawaii.

Yoga Classes are held at Whitside Fitness Center, Fort Riley, KS: Passes for one time use are $3, Ten passes for $25, or a monthly unlimited pass for only $40.
