Welcome! Discover Happy Pilates Studio is thrilled to move you into better health! We teach Pilate's exercises and use Pilate's method's to rehabilitate bodies and increase strength with flexibility. We offer Demi-Bar Pilates, Pilates Stick (a mat based class), Reformer, Aerialates and Pre-Natal/Post Natal classes, private Pilates sessions are offered upon request!
