Our founder, Sherry Brescia, was first introduced to the field of holistic living out of necessity: For 15 years, she struggled with IBS, gas, bloating, diarrhea and constipation almost daily. She was prescribed countless medications that at times eased her pain, but mostly added a laundry list of new symptoms that required more medication. Her troubles shortly began to resolve themselves after she consulted with a holistic practitioner, who informed Sherry about the effectiveness of nutrition and natural supplements as a remedy for her digestive issues.
