I am a qualified Yoga instructor since 1986 with years of experience and knowledge that has enabled me to create sessions that meet the needs of each individual Yoga practitioner.

An attentive and positive approach, in order to meet the needs of Yogi’s, beginners as wall as advanced, is the mission of the Shanti Yoga Center.

Being a registered Nurse and Manager for many years has helped me to understand what people s needs are, how to prevent stress in their lives and on the job. Maintaining focus on what you really want for yourself is key to the lifestyle that best meets your needs.
Maintaining focus on what you want makes you a more effective person, reduces fear of change, because today change is more inevitable and happens more often, and it comes at times when we least expect it to come.
