Tenacity Adventure Fitness is a 24/7 gym facility located in Tracy City, TN. It includes a 13,000 square foot family gym with a dedicated kids soft-play area, obstacle courses and classes in martial arts, dance, self-defense for women, yoga, strength training, parkour, gymnastics, natural fitness and weight loss. Staffed hours are 3-7pm Monday - Friday, 10-1 on Saturday and 1-4pm on Sunday.
