Gabe is an LMT, who specializes in Nerve decompression Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. Nerve decompression is a very gentle yet effective technique that frees the nerves and allows them function better and better conductivity to the surrounding tissues. Visceral Manipulation palpates and frees the tissues surrounding the organs in the abdominal wall. This technique allow the organs to breath freely and function at an optimal level.
Elizabeth is a Certified personal trainer and Nutritionist who specializes in Corrective exercise, functional training, Volumetric training, and MS wellness and training. Corrective exercise/ neuromuscular reeducation is used to restore muscle balance and teach us how to activate weak muscles. Functional Training focuses on improving everyday movements, work skills, and athletic performance. Volumetric training focuses on increasing the volume and strength in the muscles. Great for athletes. MS Wellness and Training focuses on nutrition and exercises for people who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This is also great for people who have other neurological and/or Autoimmune diseases. In our practice, we have seen improvements with clients who have digestive issues, chronic and accute pain, postural imbalances, nervous system disorders, weight loss, hormonal issues, sciatica, headaches, prolapsed bladders, etc. We take a multidimensional approach to health to ensure our clients get optimum results and benefit.
