Ashtanga Yoga Lewiston is a group of yoga enthusiasts devoted to daily practice and supporting a yoga community. Please see www.ashtangayogalewiston.com.




Ashtanga translates to 8 limbs in Sanskrit and refers to the fact that yoga is more than just postures but is about journeying inside using breath, meditation and philosophy to expand as a human being. Our instructors have trained with various nationally recognized teachers, including David Garrigues and Tim Miller, and work daily to expand their knowledge. In 2016 our group celebrates eight years of yoga in the LC Valley.

Our current fees are:

$75 monthly unlimited classes
$100 10 class punch card
$15 drop-in fee
