Becky is a licensed Massage Therapist & Thai Massage Therapist. I received additional certification in Mother Massage for pregnancy & I am currently in the certification process of becoming a Birth Doula with DONA International. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher as well as a Certified Blooma Prenatal Yoga Teacher from their Kripalu Program. I bring a mix of modalities into my massage therapy work & yoga teachings….from Myofascial, Ayurvedic, Reflexology, Thai Massage & my background in health & wellness. My Yoga teaching style ranges from Vinyasa Yoga to Gentle and Restorative to Yin Yoga. I love the beauty of combining yoga, breath & movement that's made to harmonize into our every day life. My philosophy: empowering and soothing the body, mind, heart through Yoga and Massage Therapy.
