Description
We are a Disciplined, UNConventional, Uniformed, Motivating Fitness Ministry. We are the 1st "OUTDOOR GYM" in the BAHAMAS. You will be required to wear a white t-shirt, sweatshirt, turtleneck or hoodie. As long as it's white and NOT off white (It is ok if it has a little writing on the front of your shirt.) Also the bottoms have to be BLACK ONLY pants, shorts or capris. In addition, a pair of 2lbs. hand weights, a mat or a blanket & a positive attitude.
