At CrossFit 570, we use a wide array of traditional and non-traditional exercises to help you meet your ultimate fitness goals. Our workouts are developed using functional body movements, which tie in elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio, core strength and resistance-training. Each daily workout (WOD) is designed to accommodate all ages and all fitness levels. Whether you are a highly trained athlete or just starting out, our high intensity, tiered workouts will push your body to the extreme. Your body can do things you never dreamed possible, and at CrossFit 570, we are committed to proving just that.

What makes CrossFit 570 different?
1. We are different because we are family-owned and operated. We take pride in our family and in what we do, and we expect our CrossFit 570 members to take pride in themselves, as well. At CrossFit 570, our trainers and our members (our family) celebrate any personal victories, big or small. Our positive environment will give you the confidence and camaraderie needed for success.

2. We are different because we have broken free from the “same old” workout routine. Doing “three sets of ten-twelve reps” is a thing of the past. We use high intensity, functional body movements, which can relate directly to real-life mobility. These movements include box jumps, snatch, squats, deadlifts, push-ups, pull-ups, cleans, shoulder presses…just to name a few.

3. We are different because our main goal is for YOU to succeed and get results, and in order to do so, you must fully understand our program and our philosophy. Just because the WOD is finished, does not mean we are too. We are here ANY TIME to offer you the support you need to meet and exceed your goals.
