We are a one of a kind Crossfit Box/gym that combines fitness with stunning environment. our coaches are great and they actually care about the members while taking their results very personal. We are located on the breath taking Bell Channel canal in sunny Freeport, Bahamas. This means our members and visitors can either drive up in their cars or pull up in their boats. CrossFit Island 242 has an awesome looking interior with top notch equipment but, what really sets us apart is that we have the coolest bathrooms of any CrossFit Box in the world. We offer primarily CrossFit but, we also have Spinning (indoor and outdoor), relaxing yoga (indoor and outdoor), Nutritional/ Supplementation programs (weight loss, performance enhancement and contest prep) and we are adding pole fitness very soon. All and all our goal was to create a place where members never want to leave and always became better by the day.
