Sessions are for all levels of fitness, from absolute beginners to advance. Regardless of your fitness level this will help whether you want to lose weight, tone up, get stronger or improve your overall fitness and health.
You will have a workout session under the instruction of a Personal Trainer (REPs level 3). I will help you achieve your goals in a motivating, fun and effective manner.
All Levels of fitness are more than welcome. Your first session is FREE (no obligations).
