Girl on Pole Dance Studio is the first dance studio in The Bahamas to teach pole dance and ariel arts.




Girl on Pole Dance Studio is based in The Bahamas and was created to teach aerial arts
such as pole dancing to women who seek alternative styles of fitness. As the first pole dance studio in The Bahamas we teach beginner and intermediate pole levels along with stretching and conditioning classes. At Girl On Pole passion and confidence is what teach through dance and movement in a safe and fun environment as we promote fitness in a modern and contemporary way.

Our schedule is straight forward and set. Class times are Monday - Friday 10am, 5:30pm and 7pm and Saturdays at 10am and 2pm
