I've set up this page as a Gold Member of Weight Watchers so that fellow members can support each other while we all try to maintain our New Healthy Lives

After reaching my goal weight I realise that achieving my goal was the easy bit....the daily struggles of making "good choices" are an ongoing problem.
A group of us meet each weak after our weigh in and we all seem to have a common link or links....
1. We all love our food
2. We all know How to loose weight
3. We have all lost weight
4. We all have bad days and good days
5. We are just normal people like every body else
