Fully qualified with Level 3 qualifications in personal training, fitness, outdoor training, post natal diet and nutrition.

Training is flexible can be done in your home or a location to suit. You do not need a gym I have all the equipment to enable you to be the fittest and strongest you have ever been.

My sessions are hard but fun incorporating CV sessions with sand bags, kettle bells and viper training among lots of other cross fit techniques.

Kids can come too. Have a look at my photographs you don't need a babysitter to train on a lot of occasions it is fine to bring your children and can incorporate the session so you don't need to worry about child care.

Sessions either group or 1 to 1 in a location to suit you. I offer full dietary advise as well as personal training. I can help you lose weight, tone and re-gain your body after childbirth.
