Get in shape this Spring with this all level early morning fitness class! Designed to help you connect with your breath & quiet the mind as burn calories & build strength w/ combination exercise, power yoga poses, core work and stretching on the mat.
This class is held at The Dance Sanctuary at 5:30 am to 6:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in 10 class sessions. The next session will start Tuesday May 2nd and will run through June 1st. SIGN UP IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED! Pre registration will be held on Saturday 4/29 from 12:15 to 2:15 at the Dance Sanctuary. Space is limited!
