I am a mom of one and I love spending time with my little guy Floyd! We are also expecting our second bundle of love in a few short weeks!! For this reason getting out and personal training and teaching fitness classes has been difficult so I found a great option. I am a health and fitness coach from HOME! I can enjoy the reward of helping people reach their health and fitness goals while being at home with my little man Floyd!
And to help me get out of the house once a week I am teaching Yoga!
