I'm a full time critical care paramedic with the Las Cruces Fire Department. I've been a licensed paramedic for 7 years and been with LCFD for 6 years now. I've been in the fitness world for over 10 years and have been competing for the last 5. I am married to my beautiful wife, Leslie who will also be helping our clients to achieve their ultimate fitness goals.
I'm experienced in all diets that are on the market, diet plans, fitness routines, meal prepping and diabetic management. Even though I am a type 2 diabetic, I have found the ways to achieve my goals with this diagnoses.
