We provide a wide range of quality adventure sports in West Clare. Based in Lahinch, the home of Irish surfing, our surf school Bens Surf Clinic was the first hard board surf school in Ireland. We now have fun activities for everyone and cater to all levels of fitness. We offer quality rock climbing, hillwalking, bike hire, tour programmes and archery! We also offer caving and kayaking.
