Our Facilities
LIFT is proud to provide top-notch training in some of the largest fitness facilities around. Our training spaces range in sizes of 11,000-12,500 sq. feet., and possess an array of cardio equipment, pin-selected machines, plate-loaded machines, and impressive free-weight, strength, gymnastics and plyometric equipment. We’re proud to provide ample space for our Olympic lifting, and power-lifting classes outfitted with top-of-the-line gear and equipment. Our facilities contain showers, locker rooms, saunas, and sufficient parking space. They are conveniently located close to major Wausau roadways making your trip to the gym each day easy an easy one.
