60-minute fitness classes allow mamas to workout with their little ones in tow. We meet at Riverside Park on Monday's, Wed, and Fridays at 10:00 A.M.
A Mom in love with fitness (M.I.L.F) is a mom who devotes her time and energy to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She inspires her family, and shows them that working out can be Fun! yes fun! MOM'S IN LOVE WITH FITNESS (Told you to get your head out of the gutter!) is a workout group for Expecting moms, new moms, and moms of preschool age kiddos! An engaging atmosphere that incorporates fitness with your kids and teaching them the joy of exercise and staying healthy.
MOMS IN LOVE WITH FITNESS is a mom's club that supports healthy and happy mamma's and little ones. Play dates not only allow the little ones to build on socialization skills and get in fun playtime, but also allow mamas the opportunity of connecting with other Moms in the community!
I get it mom your busy! trust me you have time to take what i call some (mommy time) ♥ and better yourself as well as set an amazing example for your little ones. I love my mommy time! 60-minute fitness classes allow mamas to workout with their little ones in tow, and little ones get lots of play time... WINNER WINNER! classes are held in a non-judgmental, supportive environment and consist of cardio drills, strength training, stretching and core conditioning segments, as well as balance and flexibility training. Classes are held on Monday Wed, and Friday mornings at 10:00 am. Locations and time may change due to weather or to just switch it up and make it a new setting:) classes are $15.00 a class, and our first workout on October 9,2017 will be FREE!
