Nexus Gym first opened in October 2013, formally known as True Blue Life and Fitness. Becoming independently owned in July 2015, Nexus Gym continue to strive at being the best health and fitness centre on the Coffs Coast.

We excel in helping our members reach their goals, providing them with a wide range of free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment, personal training services and group fitness classes.

Our staff commit themselves to helping each person that walks through our doors. Nexus Gym is a non-competitive, family orientated community atmosphere that everyone is welcome to be a part of.

Memberships
To become a member of Nexus Gym starts from $15 per week with 24/7 access available. We pride ourselves in offering the best possible service, which is why we offer a no-contract and no-cancellation policy.

Personal Training
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, tone up for summer or sports specific, our qualified Personal Trainers are here to help you! We offer one-on-one sessions or you can workout with a friend or even a small group!

Classes
