Featuring Outdoor Obstacle Training with a 12 Foot and 8 Foot Climbing wall, 15 foot climbing rope, Parallel Bars, 20-200lb Tires, Kettle-bells and Beach Training. The goal of the weekend is to have fun, kick ass, enjoy nature and learn how to push past any obstacles that stand in your way.

Includes: 2 days and 2 nights retreat accommodation (*please note, individual sign ups, may include shared sleeping arrangements)

6 structured workouts. 5 meals and 2 snacks. Workout and nutrition log book. Leave with a 6 week training program, tailored to meet and maintain your goals after leaving ON THE BUTTON retreats.
