Located in the beautiful town of Hilo, Hawaii, Pantheon School of Gymnastics is a locally owned business that has been in operation for over 30 years. Having moved to Hilo from California in 1996, it has been home to many national caliber athletes.
Gymnastics is a great foundation for any sport. Coordination, strength, and flexibility are just a few of the many benefits the sport of gymnastics has to offer. Our program includes recreational classes for both boys and girls, as well as a competitive girls team program that competes at a national level. Our mission is to develop a well-rounded, confident, coordinated athlete in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment through educational physical activity.
We take pride in educating and training our staff with all of the new techniques, safety standards, and information available. Pantheon is a USA Gymnastics Member Club and team coaches attend national training courses annually to keep up to date in this ever changing sport. Our team coaches are safety certified through USA Gymnastics and are both first aid and CPR certified. They are also skill evaluator certified and we have nationally certified gymnastics judges on staff.
Jerry & Pattie Walkabout have been coaching together since 1980 and have been the owners of Pantheon School of Gymnastics since 1987.
