I am a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, with over 500 hours of training from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, the first and only state licensed hypnotherapy school approved by the Florida Department of Education and one of the most comprehensive hypnotherapy trainings in the country. Additionally, I am Location Director for the school and an active member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists.

After more than 25 years helping families across the world find the best fit school for their children and serving several environmental nonprofits with their fundraising efforts, I felt a calling to a higher purpose of helping people. With the highest standard of training in hypnotherapy, I developed my signature program: Love Who You Are Over 50: Loving Yourself Slim and Vibrate Confidence. Using powerful transformative modalities such as regression therapy, gestalt techniques, suggestion programming, breathwork, and NLP techniques, the program helps women lose weight with ease and least effort while boosting confidence in how they look and feel.

I teach what I have learned. I have participated in over 65 hours of hypnotherapy, healing the deepest parts of myself and losing weight in the process.

My private practice is in Santa Barbara, California. In my spare time, I like to hike the Santa Ynez mountains, walks on the beach and outrigger canoeing in the harbor.
