Non-profit organization providing quality dance education in a fun environment.

Precision Dance Association is a non-profit organization teaching various styles of dance including jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, ballet, musical theatre, and hip-hop.

Our association is overseen by a volunteer board of directors (all dance parents). As a small studio, we rely heavily upon fundraising and sponsors to keep our costs reasonable.

Our current Artistic Director is Sidney McIlroy, who is currently entering her fourth year with PDA.

Focus is on the basics of dance as well as the more demanding aspects of training including stretch and strength and conditioning; not to mention challenging, new, and fresh choreography!

We offer both competitive and recreational programs. Both perform at two recitals - in December and June. The competitive dancers also typically attend three competitions within the Maritimes and occasionally plan a trip away. (Most recently to Dance World Cup in Montreal in 2013 and Candance Nationals in Orlando, Florida in 2014.)

As our previous artistic director, Christopher Knowles would say, "Dance from your heart and let your feet follow."
