I am studying/practising yoga in many of it's forms (pranayama, meditation, philosophy, ayurveda, mantras, hatha, ashtanga, kundalini asana, mudra & bandhas) over the last 7 years and completed my 200 hour teacher training (TTC) @ Akshi Yogashala, Rishikesh,
Uttarkhand, India which is recognised by the international Yoga Alliance.
I cater to individuals and groups as well as schools and events.
