Team 24 Fitness is a fitness studio. As a personal trainer, I instruct my clients on proper exercise techniques, either in a personal or small group setting. I design custom regimes, that include a complete nutritional plan - based on their goals - and analyze progress in body weight, muscle development and weight training. I am motivated by the satisfaction of seeing my clients transform into healthier and happier people through hard work and dedication!
