Hello lovelies, I’m Jessica of BYoga and Wellness!
I began my Yoga journey about 9 years ago when I was seeking some balance and release in my life. I had a very stressful career that was slowly eating me away. I just didn’t realize it at the time. Yoga came into my life at just the right moment. It gave me what I was needing. The ability to breathe. Deeply and truly breathe.
What came along with that was a greater acceptance of who I was. I was able to open my heart and find a greater peace within. I honestly do not want to think of where I would be had I not found Yoga when I did.

With an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Diploma of Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I’ve spent countless hours learning about health, wellness, movement, and what it means to live in whole health. As a passionate learner and educator, sharing what I’ve learned with others lights me up, while empowering others to step into their best health and lives.
