There are no set class times, meaning you can come whenever you want. The workout is comprised of 9 different stations, where you perform different sets of exercises at each station, changing stations every 3 minutes.
Your membership includes a personal trainer, a variety of workouts, expert nutrition consulting, and no class times, so you come in on your schedule.
