Boot camp style class-
60 minute strength and cardio class. Utilizing your own body weight, free weights, exercise bands, jump ropes, medicine ball, plyometric boxes, and more. No exercise machines. Every class is different than the last. It will push you harder than you will push yourself!
Classes include a 5 minute dynamic warm up and 5 minute cool down/stretch. Individuals are allowed to work out at their own personal level and intensity, which makes it suitable for all fitness levels.
I also offer small group training 2-4 people. More personalized.

Recreational Gymnastics classes for ages 3-10: Class Descriptions:
