We are a 26,000 sq. ft. facility that includes childcare starting at 6 weeks with fitness activities for children of all ages! We have Group X classes, yoga, pilates, and cycle classes seven days a week. We also offer a free 8-week course to get you started on your fitness goals and to teach you the proper way to use our equipment.

My name is Lynette Maxwell. I have been doing massage therapy for over 11 years.
It has always been a passion of mine to make people feel better and so after high school I studied massage therapy at Carlson College in Stone City Iowa. After graduating I pursued my carrier and have been practicing ever since.
I have taken many continuing education classes over the years to help my practice grow and plan to do many more in the future!
