I have always been a borderline "crunchy" person and when I had my son in October I made a full shift towards the "crunchy" side. It started with eating more organics and reading food labels. Then I did some research on GMO's. Which then led to reading labels on products for my home. I couldn't believe how many chemicals are in our every day products and foods. I realized it was time for our house to make some changes. About that time my friend Melissa introduced me into Essential Oils. The Essential Oil lifestyle was exactly what I was looking for. Everything you see here is either organic or natural depending on what ingredients are in the products. If I can use USDA Certified Organic I do, and I also use Certified Non GMO when I can.
