At Simplicity because your time & our time is valuable we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If we do not receive notice within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged the FULL amount of the service booked. We understand life happens, if we can accommodate you the same week as your appointment was scheduled this fee will be waived. We appreciate your time and understanding.
