No matter what motivates you, Steel Fitness offers a complete training experience. Our high-energy group classes take place in our 5000sq. ft. aerobic room & are free with your paid membership. Come in & try programs like Spin, Body Sculpt, Kickboxing, TRX and Zumba. Or, enjoy our top of the line Cardio-Theatre included on every piece of cardio equipment. Lift weights in our designated free-weight areas or circuit train on premium equipment. Steel Fitness features strength training equipment from notables such as Life Fitness and Hammer Strength as well as a wide selection of free weights. Our members also enjoy our clean locker rooms, complete with showers, towel service, & saunas.
Steel Fitness offers a wide range of tanning beds as well as Mystic Tan. We have added a 24-Hour area complete with a cardio movie theater & weight training so you can better reach your goals no matter what your schedule may be. We also have two outdoor basketball courts exclusively for our members. Also feel free to come & enjoy a relaxing massage with one of our professional massage therapists.
