Warm up this winter with Storm Studios Aerial Fitness - offering a wide range of classes for all ages, genders and fitness levels!




Storm Studios is a friendly collaborative learning environment. We help our students build not only strength and flexibility but also self confidence. We treat our students like family, all sizes, shapes and ages are welcome in our studio.

Our classes run evenings, 6-9pm. Classes are 1 hour in length, advanced classes 1h & 1/2. Class sizes vary, we only book 1 student per pole so that you get the most practice time out of your lessons. Minimum size for a class to run is 4 Students.

Private lessons are available with any of our instructors (can by shared between 2 people) to work on whatever you want. We offer privates lessons for pole, hoop and dance. Please message us to arrange bookings.

Currently we run 4 different types of classes. Classes do not require any previous experience, strength or flexibility. At storm studios we raise your fitness levels and teach you everything you need to know and work with you to achieve your personal goals.

Stretch and Strength: A 1 hour Class divided into 2 parts, 1/2 hour of strength training designed to strengthen the muscles you need for pole. (focusing mainly on shoulders, core and back) 1/2 hour of Stretch and flexibility training. No matter what your goals, weather your goal is flat splits, or just to touch your toes this class will help you achieve them.

Pole Class: 1 Hour class learning all aspects of pole dancing, but with a heavy focus on tricks. Starting out as a beginner, progress through our multi-leveled classes. Become more flexible, strengthen and tone your whole body in a workout with a difference. Build functional muscles in a workout most similar to gymnastics from other sports. Progress is measured by nailing awesome ticks, rather than numbers on a dumbbell.

Dance with Dee: A 1 hour non-pole based dance class, changes styles catering to student demand. Classes have covered, but not limited to contemporary, pop, hip-hop, burlesque.

Exotic Dance: A 1 hour pole based dance class. Routines are taught over 2-3 weeks, with full break-downs of moves. The routines are of mixed styles, including, but not limited to contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop and exotic.

Our Studio also host an amazing range of guest instructors who hold one off workshop, these take place on the weekend. So far our studio has hosted Jamie King, (our resident guest instructor) Kristy Sellars, Crystal Rae, Bethany Finlay and Amy Hazel.

Hens Parties. Hens parties are available for bookings on weekends. We can cater a packages to suit your needs. Get a taste for pole dancing with a introductory class learning a routine on the pole, chair or floor. Learn a few basic pole tricks for your routine. You can also book an instructor to perform for your party.
