I began this journey many years ago. I was a small child who loved to run through the old farm fields of Ontario smelling every wild flower my little nose could reach. I still remember exactly how sweet the tall grasses smelled in the middle of a hot summer afternoon while twirling through a sea of milkweed. I remember pulling the tall sunflowers down from the blue sky to press my face right into the centre... it was then that I had discovered my most favourite Aroma in the world.

Aromatherapy is my passion in life!
The magic of nature keeps me inspired and in tune to my abilities in creating wonderful healing products for the community. I believe that Aroma can heal a broken heart, soothe an anxious mind and caress the physical body.
Sunflower Aroma Healing came into light when we moved on a small farm in rural Nova Scotia. I learned how to garden and became very connected to growing everything from vegetables, herbs and flowers while discovering the wild plants that grew in the most driest of places. I began drying herbs and flowers, which were then added to powdered green cleaners,bath salts and other products I was learning how to make at the time... I was in love and could feel that my life's purpose was coming into being!
Fast forward six beautiful years and I have become a Certified Aromatherapist with a green cleaning business on the side and a garden that is the size of a small field! I have taught myself how to make luscious soap, which gives me all the joy in world, along with a growing collection of Aroma Healing products.
I delicately harvest flowers, wild plants, tree foliage and herbs from the land for an extra healing boost in most of my products which include; soap, bath bombs, bath salts, green cleaners, clay facial care, massage oils and masks. Sunflowers are grown all throughout the garden, which I still pull down to press my face into the sunflower centre.. my most favourite Aroma!
I believe whole heartedly that nature can heal even the most difficult ailments and through aromatherapy I bottle the healing magic that surrounds our little farm. I use only high quality, organic ingredients in my products to ensure medicinal potency of essential oils,plant materials,carrier oils and butters.
