The Bloom Method provides Pre & Postnatal Group classes, yoga & 1:1 sessions in Boulder and Denver, Co. Our innovative techniques help to keep women empowered in their bodies during & post pregnancy. Our core techniques are proven to decrease abdominal separation, low back discomfort, provide a more supported structure & posture as well as a deep core awareness that will ensure benefits for life. Our labor prep via BloomFIT will prepare you mentally and physically for the labor & birth process while allowing you to provide amazing benefits to your growing baby. TBM's average first time mom, is seeing over a 50% decrease in pushing time during birth, avoiding diastasis recti & PF issues and are experiencing rapid healing in their core as early as 1 week PP. Please note that we see 1:1 clients in a different location than we hold our BloomFIT classes. Currently we are holding our BloomFIT seasonal pop-up studio at The Dailey Method, Boulder & 1:1 sessions are held at Inspired Athletic Movement in Boulder
