At the Lifestyle Studio we aim to provide healthy activities and programs that promote a healthy Mind, Body and Spirit.
We are a boutique Fitness Studio offering Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Style Yoga as well as group Fitness class, including HiiT and Fitbox, with a great community.
Our services include FREE creche, a coffee shop, class passes that NEVER EXPIRE and no sign up fee.
We welcome new members of all ages and fitness levels and offer class pass packages as casual, 5 pass, 10 pass and 20 pass. We also offer pensioner concessions of 50% standard class pass rates.
