The MAX Challenge is a 10 week body transformation program, where our members make fast and lasting changes to their health, fitness, and appearance.
Class times are 5, 6 and 9 AM; 4:45, 6 and 7:30 PM except Friday where our evening classes are 4:45 and 7 PM. All classes are 45 minutes long.
Our fitness and Nutrition program, combined with the motivation and support you will get from our instructors and staff, will help you achieve your goals.
