導師介紹：
Tiffany老師自幼學習跳舞，畢業於正規舞蹈學校
一直從事藝術舞蹈表演及編排工作
於零七年考獲瑜珈導師證書, 執教多年 在香港開設TT FlyStation
接觸空中瑜伽後，發現原來瑜伽是可以飛起來的。於是多次走訪不同國家的老師，學習交流其後更把空中瑜伽結合舞蹈原素開辦飛舞藝術課程，
此課程和其他空中瑜伽課程不同，是將所有的難度動作和舞蹈流暢的連接一齊，因此課程全程在半空中進行，非常考驗個人的體力，耐力，將所有體式流暢優美的連串在一起！將空中瑜珈變成不一樣的空中飛舞藝術！

Aerial Dance Workshop
The same hammock, different flying experiences
Ms. Tiffany learnt dancing since her childhood. After graduated from a formal dancing school, she has participated in all sorts of artistic dance performances and choreographies.
In 2007, she became a certified yoga instructor. After years of teaching, Ms. Tiffany took a big step forward and established TT Fly Station in Hong Kong.
After experiencing aerial yoga, Ms. Tiffany believes that the practice of yoga shouldn’t be restricted only on the ground. Therefore, she decided to visit different countries where she learnt and exchanged her aerial yoga ideas with different teachers. Eventually, she discovered a new way of aerial yoga that combines dancing elements and antigravity in her aerial art workshop.
This workshop is different from other aerial yoga courses on that it connects all the difficult movements with dancing. Participants will practice their aerial yoga movements in the air, which is definitely a test on the physical strength and stamina for all participants to make their movements smooth and graceful. Come to join us, and make aerial yoga into a unique form of flying art!

200 hours instructor certificate in US Yoga Alliance in 2007
Bodyfly International level 1, level 2 aerial yoga registered instructor qualification in 2015
