viva® straightforward rotary machine
With the viva is composed with two main parts: Machine body and Motor plug.
Machine body of the viva adopts full metal structure for more durable and higher accuracy. The frame machined from a block of aircraft aluminum and anodized colors, the rotary table machined from 316L stainless steel. All parts of the machine body are processed by CNC, to make sure higher accuracy.
Switching stroke rotating plate can change stroke length at 3.2mm, 3.6mm and 4.0mm to suit your needs.
Motor plug of the viva: this system detaches from the machine body with a simple quarter turn. We use a 1.9# rubber ring to joint the body and motor plugs, although it is a little hard to fix, but effectively reduce the vibration while working.
Motor plug data:
0-12 volts DC, general recommendations voltage 4-7.5 volts, adjusted according to actual usage.
Power connections: RCA connections as standard.
RPM range: 0-8000 rpm/min; 0-130 rpm/sec.
