Meagan is constantly inspired by the history, teachings and evolution of yoga. She has been teaching for 11 years and practicing for nearly 20.
She loves introducing people to their yoga journey and believes yoga is for every-BODY! Whether her classes are challenging & flowing or restorative & gentle, she focuses on alignment of breath and body together.
