Yoga O aims to raise and promote the awareness of all-round health life style. Living in Hong Kong, a cosmopolitan city with the trend of healthy diet, we can easily find healthy food around us. However, continuing of packed and stressful daily routine, we may sometime forget our internal health. When was the last time you listen to your own breath?
