We are definitely not your everyday gym. 9Round is a unique fitness circuit designed to give members a fun, high intensity, full-body workout in under 30 minutes. There are no set class times, meaning you can come whenever you want. The workout is comprised of 9 different stations, where you perform different sets of exercises at each station, changing stations every 3 minutes.
Your membership includes a trainer, a variety of workouts, expert nutrition consulting, and no class times, so you come in on your schedule.
