This class is held at The Dance Sanctuary at 5:30 am to 6:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in 10 class sessions. The next session will start Tuesday May 2nd and will run through June 1st. SIGN UP IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED! Pre registration will be held on Saturday 4/29 from 12:15 to 2:15 at the Dance Sanctuary. Space is limited!

The equipment list at SLove Health Club includes: various cardio equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and a rower. The weight room includes a wide range of machines as well as free weights. There are yoga mats, exercise balls, and jump platforms.
