TopShape is a a health & fitness gym with workout equipment, group fitness classes and personal training. We are located close to the heart of Avarua, on the coast with a stunning beach view. Our gym includes a Cafe that will be open in August, so you can unwind after a great workout or grab a snack before a workout. TopShape caters to a range of ages & abilities and casual visitors are most welcome. Parking is also available adjacent to the gym with a beach access at the rear of the building.
Our hours of operation are:
Mon to Fri: 5am to 8pm
Sat: 5am to 1pm
Sun: Closed.
