Cynergi is Malta's premier health & fitness club, boasting a dedicated cardio fitness area with over 60 individual machines, an expansive gym hall with over 50 resistance and plate loaded machines, and a variety of free weights and dumbbells.
Whether you’re taking part in one of our 25 free classes in the spacious group exercise studio, or working hard in our functional training zone (complete with TRX® Suspension Training, kettlebells, BOSU and more), our team of fitness professionals will pull out all the stops to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. Qualified to international standards, they’ll help you on your journey with free programmes and re-programmes regularly updated just for you throughout the life of your membership. Our personal trainers will also work with you one-on-one to help take you to the next level.
And as if that wasn’t all enough, there’s still the 17-metre indoor pool, Turkish bath, steam room and sauna, to explore, plus two WSF-approved squash courts, all conveniently located next to the Bay Arena in St George's Bay, St Julian's!
And so you don’t find it too easy to throw in the towel, we’ll even throw in three hours free parking on every visit!
