Who are we?

Our company was formed nearly 30 years ago and is one of the largest nail companies in the world and the only remaining large nail company that is still run by its original founder. We distribute products to over 130 countries worldwide and are the only company that has chosen not to sell its product through retail outlets.

PRODUCT – we are at the forefront of product development, utilising the largest and most technologically advanced laboratories in the world. We do not offer ‘me too’ products – all of our products are developed by us, exclusively for us – and nobody else.

SERVICE – apart from a fantastic product range, we can offer you great customer service and support. We believe that this journey is a partnership and we should work hand in hand together to make the most of it and achieve success. We have a whole team of people dedicated to dealing with direct salon business. Our office based staff are all nail technicians and have experience in working and owning their own salons. They are there to deal with any product queries that you may have, take orders and to support you in any way in developing your business. We also have field based sales execs that are happy to call on you regularly to demonstrate our product ranges and go through new products and promotions with you.

SUPPORT – technical support is available to you at any time. Either over the telephone or in person with one of our experienced technicians, we can ensure that there is always someone to help you with any issues that you may have.

TRAINING – we offer comprehensive training on our products – from beginner training right through to one-to-one Masterclasses with our top educators and even our Creative Director, Steven Wells, the recipient of this year’s Scratch Stars Tom Holcomb Shooting Star Award. We offer in-salon training so we can come to you and train yourself and/or your staff. If conversion product training is needed for existing nail technicians, then sometimes only half a day will be required.

MARKETING – we fully support the Cuccio brand with advertising (in all 3 major nail/beauty magazines), marketing support material to help you to promote your services in the salon, and promotional campaigns to ensure that there is always a reason for your clients to choose Cuccio.

RETAIL PRODUCTS – we offer a full range of products ideal for retailing to ensure that you double your income from each service offered. Pamper party plans are also available together with retail displays and full support material.
